Our Chef & Staff - With 20 years of experience cooking in the finest restaurants, our chef is excited to present his vision of his culinary journey through time to you and all our guests in an all encompassing and diverse menu. Our caring and committed staff will make sure you have a fantastic experience with us.

Dine In or Take Out - We have worked to package our meals in a way that lets you bring the quality of our meals into your home. We always love to see you in person, but even when we can't we ensure that your dining experience is top notch!

Seasonal & Local - We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant. That's why we source our fresh ingredients from the areas finest purveyors and local farmers' markets when possible. In the summer months a portion of our produce is grown by our owners father who has been farming the soil of his native Cohoes property since the late 1940's. We have also established relationships with companies like Greenhead Lobster in Stonington, Maine who ship their high quality products to our front door overnight. No matter what time of year, you can be sure you're eating the best of the season.
